In response to the commentary you left in my blog- I answered there, but not sure you'll see it so I copy it hereunder:

Hmmm, not so sure about good art classes at the Greenville museum, depends who is teaching. Once upon a time it had an accredited program with real classes offered (Ms. Tucker and I taught there), but they have slowly but surely been dismantling the program for years; and now I would be hard-pressed to say they teach "good classes". If they have something, they are really short classes and will be in clay, drawing or real quick painting. They just got rid of all their print stuff, all their photo stuff and got rid of their sculpture and metals stuff ages ago-- mostly they teach to amateurs... Mr. Y is a good politician, me, not so much (-;

You can read Art in America and Artforum and Frieze (or at least some of the articles) on line if you don't want to shell out the bucks for them--- I hate reading on line, but my husband is capable of doing it all day long, so I guess it is possible...
And, shit, I'm assuming there is a silkscreen class at Winthrop, I can't imagine why not... If ever you are in the area I can give you a conceptual class on how to key colors in silkscreen - I got rid of my silkscreen stuff a while ago, so can't show you physically...

Anyway, if it is just for nude figure drawing, hell yeah, take classes at the museum if they are offering it- mostly you need a model for that and classes are an easy way to get that.
Must have been a good jury- There are times you need to know and think about what you are doing and times you just need to shut it off (and in the end, you'll never really know) (-;
Actually the Kindle is different than all the other ones- I actually got one for X-mas. The cool thing about the kindle is that it is not a screen-- it is actually ink particles that are electro-statically charged (or something) that make up the words -> think of it as a sophisticated Etch-a-Sketch -> you can't read a Kindle in the dark, it's not a lit screen- it real does look like paper (-; It is way cool, seems almost quaint compared to everything else, and it weighs less... If you come to Clemson, not Seneca, I'll show you. Can't get Artforum or Art in America on it though because precisely, it is not a screen ---
and in case you did not see this in either of the places I sent it to- heh heh---this virtual world is not good for those afflicted by obsessions...
In case you did not get it in the Go-school address- you said it was operational, but I don't know if you can check it- though you probably can- but I am OCD as you know (-; :
So I can write to here still? ...well 15 more days anyway--- want a gmail account? I can invite you to have one (-; - I’m smiling at the idea of inviting somebody to do something that will make somebody else some money, somehow... though I’m assuming you can get one on your own, but if not, I can just press a button and you’ll be invited and can have your own g-mail account--- though you must have an account since you are on blogspot... --- I like gmail, it’s pretty easy to use and keeps things orderly--- it also probably keeps track of when and where you go to the bathroom (-;... How are you getting to Greenville without a car? Don’t you live in Greenwood? And hey, the Las Vegas thing, it’s for real?! I thought you were pulling my leg... but that’s way weird cool – heh heh--- well, I hope this gets to you, if not, I’ll just stick it in the blog... k
